Page volume displays the optimal capacity of a printer. Each printer is assigned a recommended page volume (RMPV) or the number of pages that should be printed. Page volume transfer comes into picture when a printer is being overused or underutilized. Considering this scenario, page volume can be distributed in a way that optimizes the printing environment.
The page volume mode can be turned on from the Utility Toolbar as shown and you can change the page volume settings from the Settings icon.
