      Utility Toolbar

      The Utility toolbar consists of multiple buttons to perform the various important actions on the floor map.

      The following table gives a brief description of the available options in the Utility Toolbar.

      		 Import Options
      • Import Assets - Enables the bulk import of device/fleet data in CSV format.
      • Import Device Selection Matrix - Allows the Import of Device Selection Matrix.
      • Import Pricing Table - Allows the import of Pricing Table.
      Any file imported without a proper file format or naming convention pop-ups up the following error message.

      		 Export Options The features under Export Options have been categorized under 4 major sections:
      1. Export Assets
      2. Export Reports
      3. Batch Export Floor Map
      4. Generate Presentation
      Export Assets section includes the following options:
      • Export Asset (All) - Allows the export of a project (with plotted and unplotted devices). The Current State fleet design is exported.
      • Export Asset (Plotted) - Allows the export of a project (with only plotted devices)

      Export Reports section includes the following options:

      • Export Pricing Table - Exports the pricing table.
      • Optimization XLS - Exports the optimization table that gives the overall information of the optimized fleet design. An optimization table allows the Fleet designer to calculate the savings and the ROI and demonstrate the same to the customer through the new optimized design.
      • TCO Report - Exports the TCO pricing report for the plotted devices.
      • Basic Stats - Exports project's basic stats report.
      • Basic Charts - Exports the basic charts report and displays the required statistics.

      Batch Export Floor map section includes the following options:

      • Floormap JPG - Exports the displayed floor map in JPG format.
      • Floormap PNG- Exports the displayed floor map in PNG format.
      • Floormap PDF- Exports the displayed floor map in PDF (96 dpi and 150 dpi resolution) formats.

      • Generate Presentation: Generates the presentation report, which is a detailed view of the fleet design.

      		 Show/Hide Labels Shows/hides labels that include details like:

      CID, Make & Model Name, device Number, IP Address, and Page Volume of a device. The labels display the details given in the Asset Property window. However, if the device properties are not updated, empty labels are displayed.

      		 Show/Hide Sub Icons The sub icon type that each asset can have are :
      • Print Technology
      • A3 Device
      • Connectivity
      • Secure Pull Print
      • Lock Tray

      		 Zoom In Zooms in the floor map area.

      		 Zoom Out Zooms out the floor map area.

      		 Zoom Slider Enables sliding zoom adjustment on the floor map area.

      		 Icon Zoom Enables zoom adjustment for the icons present on the floor map.

      		 Setting Enables the user to apply Pricing, AMPV, CID, SubIcon, Asset Sphere, Color Zone, Model Alias, Region, Page Volume Reduction, Label Settings, Page Volume, Replace Settings, and APW Settings.

      		 Reseller Pricing Catalog Allows a reseller to create pricing catalog and add new devices along with the pricing details. These details can be used while recommending or adding devices to any fleet. For more information, see Reseller Pricing Catalog.

      		 Basic Stats Displays the overall statistics of the project like: Level, devices, Devices, and other miscellaneous details. Any changes done on the floor mapping screen are reflected in the basic stats.

      		 View DSM Displays Device Selection Matrix details of the default region and country based on the country selected in the Navigational Tier selected for the project.

      		 Page Volume Displays the existing page volume in devices and allows the transfer of volumes.

      		 Color Zone Allows zones to be added to the floor map to separate the departments.
      The departments can be tagged with their respective names and colors can be applied on each of them for easy categorization. This feature enables the Fleet Designer to easily recognize each department with the respective assets on the floor.

      		 Scale Map This scaling feature is used to scale distances between any two points on the floor map. The unit of measurement is in meters and feet. To know more, see Scaling Floor Maps.

      		 Fleet Validation Validating the fleet design helps the fleet designers to find out the discrepancies in the design if any. The discrepancies could be in various forms like CMO & FMO page volume differences, assets without outcome, or any empty asset in the project. To know more, see Fleet Validation.
      gridViewIcon

       

      		 Grid View Grid view allows the user to design the fleet in transition state. The user can select the assets and add the dispositions for each asset before plotting it on the floor map. To know more, see Grid View.
