The Utility toolbar consists of multiple buttons to perform the various important actions on the floor map.
The following table gives a brief description of the available options in the Utility Toolbar.

Show/Hide Labels | Shows/hides labels that include details like: CID, Make & Model Name, device Number, IP Address, and Page Volume of a device. The labels display the details given in the Asset Property window. However, if the device properties are not updated, empty labels are displayed. |

Show/Hide Sub Icons | The sub icon type that each asset can have are :

Zoom In | Zooms in the floor map area. |
|
Zoom Out | Zooms out the floor map area. |
|
Zoom Slider | Enables sliding zoom adjustment on the floor map area. |
|
Icon Zoom | Enables zoom adjustment for the icons present on the floor map. |
|
Setting | Enables the user to apply Pricing, AMPV, CID, SubIcon, Asset Sphere, Color Zone, Model Alias, Region, Page Volume Reduction, Label Settings, Page Volume, Replace Settings, and APW Settings. |

Reseller Pricing Catalog | Allows a reseller to create pricing catalog and add new devices along with the pricing details. These details can be used while recommending or adding devices to any fleet. For more information, see Reseller Pricing Catalog. |

Basic Stats | Displays the overall statistics of the project like: Level, devices, Devices, and other miscellaneous details. Any changes done on the floor mapping screen are reflected in the basic stats. |
|
View DSM | Displays Device Selection Matrix details of the default region and country based on the country selected in the Navigational Tier selected for the project. |
|
Page Volume | Displays the existing page volume in devices and allows the transfer of volumes. |
|
Color Zone | Allows zones to be added to the floor map to separate the departments. The departments can be tagged with their respective names and colors can be applied on each of them for easy categorization. This feature enables the Fleet Designer to easily recognize each department with the respective assets on the floor. For more information refer - Color Zones. |

Scale Map | This scaling feature is used to scale distances between any two points on the floor map. The unit of measurement is in meters and feet. To know more, see Scaling Floor Maps. |

Fleet Validation | Validating the fleet design helps the fleet designers to find out the discrepancies in the design if any. The discrepancies could be in various forms like CMO & FMO page volume differences, assets without outcome, or any empty asset in the project. To know more, see Fleet Validation. |

Grid View | Grid view allows the user to design the fleet in transition state. The user can select the assets and add the dispositions for each asset before plotting it on the floor map. To know more, see Grid View. |
