      TCO Pricing Setting

      This is an project level setting which can be applied for the all the devices (Plotted and Unplotted) in both current and future state.

      Following are the fields and their functionalities under pricing settings.

      Fields Description Accepted Input Impact/Expected Out
      Current View Drop-down field which defines the pricing type in current fleet. TCO or Manual

      		 TCO view is set as default. This assumes pricing is not known.
      Proposed View Drop-down field which defines the pricing type in future fleet. TCO or Manual

      		 Manual view is set as default. This assumes pricing is brought into Cartos from a catalog.
      Currency Radio button field which defines currency. 1. USD

      2. Local Currency      		 USD is set as default. Cartos can localize to other currencies.
      Contract Term Months of contract when deal is signed. Months of the contract = # of years *12 60 months (5 years) is set as default.
      Lease Rate Lease rate for the year Can vary depending on customer opportunity. It is 0 by default. Correlates directly to Monthly Base price
      Hardware: Avg HW Install Cost per Device Installation cost of the new hardware Avg HW Cost per Device It is 0 by default. Impacted while calculating Monthly Base price
      Consumables Preference Dropdown filed to select the type consumables 1. High yield

      2. Normal yield      		 High yield is set as default.
      Mono Toner coverage Black color toner coverage (K) % of black color toner coverage 5% is set as default
      Color Page Coverage Each color toner coverage (CMY) % of each color toner coverage 5% is set as default for each color
      Service Provides the option to select Preferred Service Costing Method 1. Service Packs

      2. Service Labor      		 Default service is ON. Default Preferred Service Costing is set as Service Packs
      Service Packs Provided by DDS, it selects nearest service to contract term Nearest service to contract term Default Preferred Service Costing is set as Service Packs
      Service Labor Assign the charges per visit Inputs are:

      • Distance Traveled per Visit
      • Service Labor Hourly Rate
      • Travel Time per Visit
      • Mileage Rate
      • Time Spent Onsite
      • Part Cost per Visit
      • Total Cost per Visit
      • Visits per Year
      		 Default values set when Service Labor is selected:

      • Distance Traveled per Visit: 20 miles
      • Service Labor Hourly Rate : 50$
      • Travel Time per Visit: 30 min
      • Mileage Rate: 0.59$
      • Time Spent Onsite: 60 mins
      • Part Cost per Visit: 50$
      • Total Cost per Visit: 130.9$
      • Visits per Year: 2 visits
      Device Space Cost Cost of space occupied by the device
      • Single-Function/Fax
      • MultiFunction/Copier
      • Avg Cost PerSQFT
      		 When device space cost is selected default values are:

      • Single-Function/Fax: 8 sqft
      • Multi-Function/Copier: 24 sqft
      • Avg Cost Per SQFT: 4$
      Cost Adjustment Provides the discounts or markups on the click prices in current fleet nputs will be in % for:

      • Hardware
      • Consumables
      • LLCs
      • Service
      		 Default discount is OFF. and values will be zero.
      Power Cost Provides power cost depending on working hours
      • Working Hours (week)
      • Cost per KWh
      • Time Spent Printing
      		 Default discount is OFF. Values will be:

      • Working Hours (week): 40 hrs
      • Cost per KWh: 0.12$
      • Time Spent Printing: 15%
      IT Staff Cost Provides the IT cost for the current and future state
      • Managing Current (week)
      • Managing Future (week)
      • Hourly Rate
      		 Default is OFF. Values will be:

      • Managing Current (week) : 40 hours.
      • Managing Future (week) : 10 hours
      • Hourly Rate : 50%
      CarbonFootPrint Internally calculated soft cost No input parameters in UI (provide EPA formula here) Default is ON
      Volume Preference for Pricing Provides the monthly page volume
      • AMPV (Avg monthly page volume) – Reading is based on monthly usage.
      • RMPV (from DDS) - Recommends monthly page volume if APMV is not defined. RMPV keeps your machine in optimal condition.
      		 RMPV is selected as default
      Actual Print Usage VS RMPV Monthly page volume usage. Actual print is 30% of RMPV. No input parameters in UI Default is OFF
